This biotech company added 120,000 square feet of manufacturing capacity but couldn’t hire 300 local personnel fast enough so they reached out to MADICORP for help.

We deployed experienced production and packing personnel who could step into the operations and acclimate quickly to enable the company to ramp up production on schedule and without any interference with their ongoing local hiring efforts.

Drawing from our national talent pool, we rapidly deployed 50 personnel each week over a three-week period to fill in the 150+ open production and packaging positions. MADI Supported their operations for 3 months until full-time employees could be hired from the local area.
