The company was struggling to hire full-time employees and local staffing agencies could not provide the structure, skilled talent, and oversight needed to quickly and efficiently ramp up production.
The MADICORP Response
Drawing from our national talent pool, we rapidly deployed a small team of 15 to the project site. With the level of talent provided, reliability of personnel, and structure with onsite management, the company began adding personnel to the site. Over 100 Line Operators, Operator Technicians and Processors increased production output and filled the skilled positions that had remained unfilled at the plant for some time.
